I can never get in touch with anyone in the office
Absolutely do not go here. My provider stopped accepting my insurance, so I made an appointment here because they didn’t have a several month wait list and accepted my insurance. I’ve been on the same medication for many years and the regimen works well for me. Psych meds often have nasty side effects, so I’m not willing to mess around even more when I’ve done years of trial and error and have found the right combo. Doctors prompt with appointments and staff is very friendly knowledgeable and accommodating.
I have had a wonderful experience at QSR. Upon my initial appointment I was greeted with a smile. When I saw Dr. Arain, she let me talk and touched points on things that stood out to her concerning my mental health. I felt heard. She was very attentive to my background and my future hopes and concerns. She took her time and explained the medications that she concluded would work for me.
