I have had the joy of watching these people speed through Saskatoon on 4 separate occations. When going 90km on circle drive and they fly up behind us while I have 2 children in my car. Last minute lane change and then speed off at least going 110km to 120km. Scary people!!!! Next time I will get rhe plate number if I can and report them to police.
