"Integrity" Considering the fact this couple that they stiffed our company $2548.09, I do not have anything nice to say about Steven, or Debbie Nowick. We sent parts, and repaired their machine, per a signed agreement, yet they refuse to return phone calls or pay the bills. The initials "QSI" stand for Quality, Service, and Integrity. There is no "integrity" in this couple or company. Think twice before working with them...I wish we did.
RP QSI helped me remodel my mother's kitchen. The quality of their product was excellent. The hardware worked perfectly. I was very pleased. I did some research on them because of this other review. They subscribe to Guild Quality, which is a survey company for the building trades nation wide. The reviews there are better. The General Contractor I've been in the construction field for over 15 years and you get to know who is good and who is not and Qsi not. The owner has very limited experience in the cabinet industry maybe 4 years, very bad customer service, does not monitor his employees very well, a smooth talker/sells man and extremely experienced in court. So if any one out there is thinking about dealing with this company be aware that you could end up in court with a judgment on your back and a judgment will last for at least 10 years.
