Had an injection at QScan Annerley.10/10 for every part of my visit.
After having my appointment confirmed the day prior I received a phone call on the day saying that my appointment has been cancelled as there was no technician. No reason provided and no alternative option offered. For people dealing with serious issues and arranging multiple appointments from outerstate who need a scan do not use Qscan Annerley. They are way to unreliable and unprofessional.
I have used Qscan for a number of years. Without too much trouble, hassle free. My wife had a CT scan booked in at July 28 at 08.45am. We arrived on time, as expected. We were told that someone had come in early for their scan and that my wife’s was pushed to 10am. Not particularly happy with how this was played out. An apology was given but more concerned how patients are treated. We basically had to suck it up, there wasn’t going to be a scan prior to 10am. I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service at the reception. From the moment I arrived, I felt ignored and unwelcome. The staff member at the front desk was not only unhelpful but also quite rude in their tone and attitude. They seemed uninterested in assisting me and provided no clear information or support for the issue I was facing.
