This used to be my go to nail salon before it was recently renovated. Did the owners change during the renovation? I've come here twice after the salon reno. Both times had different nail techs & my gel manicures have been terrible! Thick, lumpy, bubbles, one cracked by the time I got home and no uniform nail shape. I thought the first recent bad experience was a one off, nope. Sad. My pedicure wasn't the best this time either.

Always a great experience at Q’s. I regularly come in for a pedicure and the place is always clean and smells nice. No chemical odors. Everyone is friendly. They offer free drinks from wine to soft drinks to water. Mimi is the best. Her attention to detail is amazing. She’s thorough and always smiling. Just when you think she’s done, she’ll notice a tiny detail that’s not quite right and fix it. Highly recommend this spa and Mimi.
