Wow. I've given them 3 chances to redeem themselves. Clearly customer service is not important to them at all. The Asian chick working at the front counter with the bleached blonde hair didn't even smile or say hello. She simply said, "Do you have an appointment?" I said, " No I do not." "She says, "Can you come back in 2 hours?" I said, "No it's ok. I'll just go to my regular salon." I only came here because my salon is ALWAYS packed with customers and extremely busy. Beautiful pedicure and manicure! Excellent service! Just wish the prices weren’t so high as these ladies are great at upselling. I’ll definitely be back.
