Terrible customer service! My Gel manicure is chipping and lifting after only 7 days. They said they guarantee the manicure for 7 days, however I wasn’t able to get in for a few days past the 7 days guarantee due to Christmas and a family emergency. I have been a regular customer and they would not re-do my manicure. Too bad, I will not be going back. Even if they didn’t offer the guarantee, I would expect them to want to fix it, absolutely no reason for a Gel manicure to fall apart this soon.
