The Team @ Q&R Construction did a fantastic remodel of our downstairs basement. This is a renovation I had started, but was running short on time. We decided to do a 203k FHA loan, which meant more hurdles and extra inspections needed for Q&R to get paid throughout the job. I highly recommend Q&R Construction. Quaid, the owner, came out the same day I called to give me an estimate. He was very professional and worked within my budget. I was scheduled the next week. Two huge machines showed up and Quaid and his assistant went to work. It was crazy to see what those machines do. Quaid went above what I had expected. He did some extra things at no charge. I will definitely hire them again to do any work on my property.
Hired Q&R Construction to frame interior walls for our showroom. Showed up on time, completed the work ahead of schedule, and recommended a great drywaller that delivered the same. Highly recommend.
If I could leave 10 stars I would. I can’t say enough amazing things about Q&R construction. From the start Ryan and his team have made everything from the start seamless, professional, they are very attentive and gave me nothing but quality work.
Quaid has done an amazing job when it came to rebuilding/remodeling our kitchen. After extensive water damage left a hole in out floor, Quaid came in and built a beautiful, usable kitchen with the island of my dreams! He was always upfront about cost, time, and made sure we were on board with every decision.
