Thank you for taking the time out to call me and tell me to come in and fix my nails. I didn't know you guys have a warranty on them. I appreciate the customer service. It showed. My dazzle dry manicure did last the time it's supposed to last and the quality of the manicure was much better. The technician used very good technique.
Friendly staff, clean space, but the quality of the nails was mid. I got a regular mani pedi with a clear coat for the manicure and the coat was chipping and peeling on 4 different nails the next day. I had to go to another nail spot to get them redone and they were still pulling out lots of cuticle. Again, very friendly staff. I was a walk in. But I think they prioritize efficiency at this location over quality.
