Very disappointed with my experience. I clearly showed the nail color I wanted, but they gave me a completely different color without asking me. The final result was not what I requested, and I was not happy with it. I expected better service and attention to what the customer asks for.
Got my nails done for the first time today there with Lynn and it was a great experience, she was so patient and good and took her time with me (i am a difficult client lol) but wow i loved it and I will be going back
Staff very rude and noted very racist behaviour . Staff is extremely rude and I will never go there
Was going there for a while, had a nail tech who was very friendly and skillful and I used her all the time. The only male staff was the rudest person, I wanted to hand my tip to my nail tech and he rudely said to me not to worry because they wouldn’t steal my tip. I told him that wasn’t my thought process and that I always handed my tip personally. The manager seemed to be more friendly to white customers and any non-white customers didn’t receive the same warm reception. Never going back there again.
