I should have read the reviews here. Run don't walk away from them. Rose Rodriguez, Laura De La Rosa, all the rest of the terrible staff not to mention the owner. Never return calls. They will be up your backside if they need anything from you, but you are trash and not worth acknowledgement if you need something from them. Worst.....Experience.....Ever.

They are horrible. Don’t hire them unless you want to lose your tenants. They do not return phone calls and send incorrect charges.
This company is terrible. Absolutely terrible. This company is in every way the worst kind of people you want to manage or even deal with. They are managing properties in the stone oak and huebner area and have no interest in being professional or being responsive, or even handling the one job they have. I strongly discourage anyone from renting from them. They did us a favor by being completely unprofessional and being unresponsive.. QPM Enterprises manages Stone Oak Properties and they are unprofessional, not responsive, immoral and borderline unethical. During Covid 19, they agreed that our retail space (which has been state mandated to close for being a nonessential business) could pay the CAM charges for April and May and they would extend our lease by two months. They even sent over a contract stating all that we agreed to and although they accepted our check for the CAM fees, they are now saying they will no longer accept THEIR OWN CONTRACT!
