They cut up my sisters nails and they cut up my toes and when I said something they did not want to fix it . Her fingers are all cut up . This makes me so sad and disappointed.

I tried several times to tell her to fix my nails but the blame is always the client nail bed, I asked for stiletto nails and it look like almond. The price for French didn’t make sense along with a simple letter on one nail.
I love this place. I'm shocked at the negative reviews they have received. I switched to this nail shop after going to the same nail lady for over 20 years. The staff is friendly. The shop is clean and calm. They play relaxing music, have nice lighting and also take special care with my daughter who is pregnant, making sure she is comfortable even providing her and myself with pillows for our backs.
