Had a bad experience - this company sent over a worker who examined my chimney because of a leak I had with the heavy rains from Sunday 8/18/24. The worker shows up tries to walk into my house uninvitedted - could not understand him - he climbed on the roof and showed me pictures of a horrible chimney with many cracks bad flashing and said it will cost me $2500.
