Friendly, competent collector in an easily accessible, tastefully decorated and clean room with plenty of parking. Collector was excellent ,professional and personable. I have no hesitation in recommending this service.

Most times I go it has a sign saying temporarily closed. I finally got in and the technician couldn't draw blood, despite multiple attempts. Suggest you go next door to Sullivan Nicolaides Pathology or try another QML location where they know what they're doing

I used to rate this centre 5 stars, but after two recent visits I won’t return. Staff were overbearing and unprofessional, making unnecessary assumptions about my health and even reprimanding me for rolling up my sleeve. I left without my tests being done both times. Most recently, on Friday 8th August, as I began to take off my jacket, I was abruptly told not to remove my top. The staff member then claimed that because I had walked to the centre, I was a “high risk” for fainting as my blood pressure would “already be low” f... read more

Massive Shoutout to Amanda at QML Pathology Medici Medical Centre Scott Street. She is amazing and experienced. Never feel pain or bleeding, and she always makes us feel comfortable and relax while she taking our blood. She is the best! And she is the reason I always comes back to her.
