This morning, around 8:00–8:30 AM on May 25, 2026, I visited qlQml Pathology Clinic Surfers Paradise for hormone and vitamin blood tests. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing because of the staff member who attended me — a tall young man, probably around 25–30 years old. His attitude was unnecessarily harsh and rude from the beginning. Please kindly check invoice 114679915 from 15/04. The client keeps receiving messages advising it's unpaid, however it was paid on spot via debit card..... And the client does have the receipt from the bank..... The client called your invoicing department but unfortunately could not get answered...... Thank you in advance for your assistance sorting this matter.
Terrible! Been asked to come today first thing in the morning at 8 am. Clinic was closed despite a sign saying that they open at 8 am. Other people waiting as well. After 25 minutes we all leave. Don't waste your time with QML.
