I was really nervous about getting my blood test, but Ella made the whole experience so easy. She was kind, calm, and very professional. I didn’t feel the needle at all! She’s not only great at her job but also has a lovely, reassuring manner. Thank you, Ella!
Good efficient caring service.
Arrived 1115am Sat morning knowing the clinic closed at 1200pm. No numbers were in the slot. Patrons ahead of us with no number were being called through. After waiting patiently we pressed doorbell for no response 1145am. Waited a further 5min before knocking on the door (well nefore 1200pm close time). A grumpy and rude female staff member came out and declined service for us and the other pair who were also patiently waiting. Very unimpressed.
Easy to find . Pathology located on the first floor, there is also a separate entrance you can take if you are ok with stairs not many! Alice working there very friendly chatty , bloods taken in no time ! Great Thank you
