I usually have a good experience at this QML Pathology, especially when Shanon is working - she is always kind, patient, and very helpful. Unfortunately, today my experience was quite different. The lady assisting me seemed rude and unhelpful, asked me to pay without clearly explaining the charges, and did not include the item number on the receipt. She simply stated that my insurance doesn't cover it, without much explanation or effort to assist. It was disappointing compared to my previous visits, and I really missed Shano... read more
