I usually have a good experience at this QML Pathology, especially when Shanon is working - she is always kind, patient, and very helpful. Unfortunately, today my experience was quite different. The lady assisting me seemed rude and unhelpful, asked me to pay without clearly explaining the charges, and did not include the item number on the receipt. Doesn't open in time, don't adhere the booking, I had a special test, when I reached in time, they kept me waiting for 26 mins instead of 10 as mentioned in their email, which is fine but after the wait they told me that they don't have the machine they booked me for 4 days ago. Not reliable, try any other pathology

I had a great professional service. The blood draw was excellent and fast. The staff Shah checked the paperwork very thoroughly and added contacts of my doctors for the lab. I have been coming to this centre for many years. The service today has been fantastic and I would recommend the centre to other patients .
