Originally followed Alice over from Coomera as she was amazing but have been here a few times the past few months and new staff have taken over, different students each day not a dedicated staff team and this place has gone downhill because of it. Unorganised and take so long to move through patients. The students have very little idea what’s going on by the look of it. Won’t be coming back here, terrible service which is a shame because it use to be great.
QML Homemakers Helensvale - excellent
Me and my partner LOVE ALICE! She’s so funny and amazing at what she does! She’s the sweetest lady and we followed her here when she moved! We both always have to get bloods and we look forward to seeing her every time! She doesn’t get enough credit for what she does with all her hard work and care for her patients and regulars, ! She deserves the world!
After trying 2 other QML who didn’t answer the phone and when I walked in wouldn’t accept me because I had to book. QML Helensvale Homeworld were more than happy to help me without a booking. Extremely fast & friendly!
