I booked a blood test for my thyroid and when I got there, the nurse in training asked me (after looking at my form) how long I’ve been doing the trial for…. What??? What trial? At that point I was already feeling uncomfortable, to which she added, “do you mind if I take your blood? I’ve only done it less than 10 times”. WHAT! Not going back there. The blood results were inaccurate anyway… save your money

Scraped the needle inside my vein and arm on removal. Hurt a lot. 20 mins later still stinging . Classic pressure with a swab on top to the sharp end error. On top of that there was a moody grumbling from nurse in general. Ignored me when I spoke. Irritated vibe. Shaky. Not what you want in a nurse doing blood draw. Half hr later. Soaked cotton swab from leakage. This is going to bruise bad. And it still stings.
