Open Time is not true. Rocked up at 7am as everyone else is either 8 or 8:30am open. Waited to 8:30am and not open. Lady who runs matcha place says it varies each day but they are never opened at 7am. Highly recommend going to another QML if need of good service,
Sign on the door and Google Maps opening hours says’s they’re open from 7am on Mondays. Went there at 7:44am and it was closed, waited 10 minutes no one showed up.
This is the second time I have had issues with QML, and unfortunately my experience has been very disappointing. The first time, I paid for a test and QML took months to locate my payment. After many follow-ups and a lot of unnecessary effort on my side, they finally found the payment and stopped sending me reminders. Now, I have experienced another issue. I came here on Friday and the timetable outside say it opens but the door is locked and no staff inside kinda weird
I came in Monday before 8 and only waited 2 minutes for the blood test.
