Very fast and well done
During my final visit on Thursday, May 14th, the the individual working here actually scolded me to hurry up and move faster. I am currently recovering from four fractured vertebrae, and was one day out of hospital - clearly impaired. Forcing a patient with severe spinal injuries to rush shows zero empathy or basic customer care. I am writing this as an eyewitness to the incident mentioned in 'Boyd's' 1-star review. I was at the clinic that day and saw exactly what happened. The truth is, that patient was incredibly rude. He threw his request form on the floor and shouted 'Just do your job!' at the staff. Asking him to leave was completely justified to ensure a safe environment. Having a medical condition is never an excuse to abuse healthcare workers. There should be ZERO tolerance for any abuse, especially in medical environments. And the staff nev... read more
