My Dr provided a referral for blood tests which I had done on 3 March 2026 at 19th Ave Elenora, this was ahead of a procedure carried out at John Flynn QLD 13 March 2026. I requested a copy to be forwarded to the specialist. Here we are today 9 April 2026 and copies have been received by ether DR or specialist. The report is addressed to UNKNOWN DOCTOR and the referral clearly stated Name of Practice, Ordering Dr and Provider Number. How can this happen? Have telephoned all parties and have finally located a copy on "My Gov"... read more
Incorrect office hours are stated at google maps for this location. Misleading. Myself and a few other people had to wait for the place to be open.
