i only gave 4 stars to the Cairns Day Surgery cause i always get there late and they are open until 6.30pm and 1 star to Cairns Family Medical Centre pathology for closing at 3pm ensuring completion of both test results both done on seperate days,...
A few days after surgery I needed to have some bloods done, the attendant seemed to lack interest. When she inserted the needle it stung, I told her that I felt a shooting pain and wondered if the needle had a barb on it. Then my arm started to discolour and swell, she told me to hold my arm up in the air and then put it under cold running water. There was no apology, explanation, empathy or reassurance given to me.
