I have very difficult veins, so getting a blood test has always been stressful for me. I had a particularly painful experience at the Carina before, so I was quite nervous when I came to the Coorparoo this time. However, Lucy, who took my blood today, was absolutely amazing. She found my vein on the first attempt, and I was genuinely surprised that I didn’t feel any pain at all. Daniella is an absolute angel, this is the best experience so far in all of my blood tests over many years. My veins are usually hard to find but she had no issue with the draw, pain levels were low and was very accommodating throughout. No longer stressed about blood tests if she’s doing it!

This clinic gets a 5/5 for me! I am unsure of her name but there is an exceptional nurse who worked today (Thursday 4/06) who is always such a legend at taking bloods. Quick and easy, in and out. Every time I see her working I breathe a huge sigh of relief - she will have you in and out so quickly and effortlessly. There is also so much parking underneath. Pull in and drive past the chemist parks to the garage under the clinic. Always so many parks. This clinic is fantastic.
