Still no reply as to my review last Saturday in relation to my daughter in law being subjected to unnecessary pain in relation to blood test and nasal swab. Causing my 4yr old grandson to tell the person to stop hurting his mummy! Swab pushed so far into nose there is still pain, probably internal bruising! arms so damaged from failed attempts to get blood it will take days before another blood test will be able to occur…Not good enough,

Young male pathologist this morning lacked commonsense and empathy for a young mother who has been sick for weeks. Dug holes in her arms and still no blood drawn. Stuck nasal swab in so far it has caused major pain. Her 4yr old son questioned the male as to why he was hurting his mum! Not good enough! I suggest more training for your employees
Absolutely amazing pathology 99% of the time they get me in the 1st go staff are so nice and welcoming and time to wait normally isnt too long at all
We believe the samples were mixed up with another patient??
