Didn't have to wait long. People were excellent & talked to my daughter so she understood what was happening & reassured her.
Great team members quick and fast service and not along wait time all done in 10 minutes
Very pleasant staff to deal with.
Had to take my 2 year old daughter for blood test on a Saturday morning, I was nervous as she is so little. The ladies sat us down and was speaking with her which was also making her feel a bit better but also me. They counted down from three before drawing the blood and kept encouraging my daughter telling her she is doing a good job. Afterwards they gave her a little teddy & HEAPS of stickers. I will recommend this QML to any of my friends or family who need paediatric blood tests.
