The Service and friendly staff is above and beyond. I have been going to QML Beenleigh now for some time now, and the friendly staff has never changed
I have been going to this collection centre for all my pregnancy tests. The last two times I have had a collector (the same person) who is extremely rude and makes me feel insanely uncomfortable. She does not demonstrate professionalism as when she asks me questions about tests, what are these for etc, and I go to explain and she retaliates with a confrontational backhanded comment. The girl doing me lacked compassion. It wasn’t necessarily WHAT she was saying it was HOW she was saying it. Just a touch of attitude and made me feel like she couldn’t care less about my experience. She didn’t technically say the “wrong thing” but she also didn’t make me feel comfortable. I’d go as far as saying she neglected care.
This is a funny little quirky cosy clean little place , very thorough and caring staff . 2 nd visit , the blood person was so lovely and gentle .
