I had a blood test yesterday at QML Cavendish Road (Monday 23/02) and had an excellent experience. I didn’t get the name of the lady I’m sorry but she was excellent. I did not have enough water and was probably a problem patient but she was persistent and managed to get enough blood despite my poor prep!! Thank you so much, amazing work!!
