Never there not open when supposed to be open
My daughter has been struggling to have bloods drawn due to very challenging veins. She also struggles with fainting spells when attempts are made at drawing blood. Sue was fantastic with Isabel and made her feel calm. She took her time to find the best possible vein and only had to poke Isabel once. Thank you so much. You are the best!
The pathologist was prompt and polite. Didn't take long for them to get through both the person ahead of me as well as myself. Process didn't hurt either, was over with quicker than last time I had to get blood tests done elsewhere.
Absolutely disgraceful conduct from the collection centre. It is closed when listed as open. Open when listed as closed. Which it is open today. Despite being listed as closed. There was a line of approx 5 people including myself. 40 minutes later it was barely my turn, however I was told I need to email my pathology request so they told me to stand aside and wait, for an email that can't take more than a minute to arrive.
