Every one is so wonderful. They are so attentive always asking if you need somthing while waiting for the dentist or hygienist.
Symmetry really took the dental out of my preventative care. I felt comfortable, relaxed and at home with their large TVs, massage chairs and neck pillows. And their polite and attentive staff were very knowledgeable and reassuring when it came to questions about the tools and procedures. I didn’t feel even the slightest bit nervous, and I have avoided the dentist for many years due to my extreme medical anxiety. I went to Dr. Melfi on a first time "emergency" basis. They took me right away and it was such an amazing experience. From the moment you walk in - the spa is absolutely beautiful; the staff greets you and explains what is going to be done; the staff and Dr. Melfi are great - they treat you like you are the most important person. From the massage chairs, the music piped in, the tv in the rooms to Dr. Melfi, I will definitely recommend and be back. Thank you for such a welcoming experience!
