I was already a bit nervous going there but you all made me feel very comfortable, lady explained what she was going to do every step of the way - no surprises! Thank you,..excellent staff :)
I hadn't been to the dentist in a number of years, and the staff was very understanding of my hesitation and anxiousness and treated me with respect and sensitivity! Loved the spa feel and all-around calm energy and sparkling clean facilities!
Visited for the first time yesterday after going many years without seeing a dentist at all. Was pleased to learn I had no issues. Due to the duration since my last visit, xrays were needed and the cleaning was very rough and thorough. Some pain and soreness but I kind of expected that due to the time since my last cleaning. Every one in the office was very nice and approachable. Beautiful facility as well with some great amenities.
The first time experience was incredible. Everyone makes you feel super welcome and they were very professional. This office also spoil their patient with luxurious items. I never been to a dentist office that has massage chairs! I was so relaxed while getting a cleaning done. Overall experience, I wished I could rate them higher than a 5.
My son has severe anxiety when going to the dentist as well as with needles. Due to the very caring nature of the people who work there and the state of the art tools being used, he had an almost completely pain free visit, despite a large amount of dental work being performed that day, and he is willing to return. This is a MAJOR win!! Thank you so very much! Amazing!!
I was very happy with Courtney’s performance. She was thorough and gentle. She also was welcoming and interactive. The office staff are always smiling and responsive.
My least favorite place to be is at a dentist appointment. I may even opt for a trip to the DMV over the dentist. However, I left Dr. Melfi’s actually smiling. I have found our dentist for life! It was a wonderful experience for both myself and my son. He was especially impressed with the massage chairs :)
