Clean place to live. There are no more BBQ grills because of the cleanup and laundry rooms are open until 8pm. The gate was a programming problem for months. It now works. I've been here for four years and there is no bed bug infection; actually I've never seen the truck nor the men in white suits. Mosquitos are a problem because the creek is behind us. We do not ha a drain problem. The decor is 40 years old. Carpet is cheap. Nothing gets upgraded. We've been without a maintenance man for quite some time, but things seem to ... read more

When it first opened many years ago it had amenities like BBQ grill sites. Neatly, groomed outdoor sitting areas and safe. The head of staff friendly two way communications. Repairs were done quickly, laundry rooms opened longer hours. Most recently, there have been vehicle break-ins and thefts. Bedbug infestations, mosquitos are problematic as well, due to the many water drains on the property an active breeding ground for possible blood born diseases.
