I scheduled my appointment for 9 a.m. more than week in advance. Before I even arrived, the stylist claimed I hadn’t ‘confirmed’ at 6 a.m. that same morning, expecting clients to respond that early on the day of the appointment is unreasonable. If a confirmation was needed, it should have been requested the day before. When I got there, the store was closed and I ended up waiting over 40 minutes for her to arrive.
