If I could give a zero I would. They couldn’t even get a French tip right. They called three people over to try and do French tip and I had to show them myself how to do it. Horrible experience. They charged me $80 for a pedicure with gel polish. Horribly overpriced will never go again.
I asked for a gel removal with a nail trim because I wanted to regrow my natural nails. I had already restarted growing them. But the nail technician filed down my regrowth as she removed the gel! And didn’t soak off the rest, only filed it down with an electric file. My nails are brittle and ripping at the ends. I’m so disappointed that it’s going to take me longer to regrow my natural nails. Nice place, was what I thought of this place in the beginning. After going here for over 2 years or more, that is no longer been my experience unfortunately. I spend at least $140 or more as I tip also per visit here on pedicure and my nails. Lately, I've felt unvalued as a customer. I booked an appointment online and had it confirmed just to show up and David tell me I must have done it wrong because my appointment was not there and I could leave or wait. Michael is amazing! Both in customer service and how much he takes pride in his work. He’s dedicated and ALWAYS does an amazing job on my nails no matter if I chose an intricate design or simple nails. He’s one of the few nail techs I’ve ever found that cares about the health and integrity of your natural nails!
