Nice place, was what I thought of this place in the beginning. After going here for over 2 years or more, that is no longer been my experience unfortunately. I spend at least $140 or more as I tip also per visit here on pedicure and my nails. Lately, I've felt unvalued as a customer. I booked an appointment online and had it confirmed just to show up and David tell me I must have done it wrong because my appointment was not there and I could leave or wait. Michael is amazing! Both in customer service and how much he takes pride in his work. He’s dedicated and ALWAYS does an amazing job on my nails no matter if I chose an intricate design or simple nails. He’s one of the few nail techs I’ve ever found that cares about the health and integrity of your natural nails! I had Tina today who is very lovely and so professional, and puts up with my special request For my pedicure. Everyone who has given me pedicures here has been excellent! I started using the gel polish because it just stays For a longer period at a time I am barefoot a lot.
