My friends and I has barely leave any negative reviews for but our experience at QJD was frustrating enough that I felt it was important to share and so everyone can avoid it too. The biggest issue wasn’t the food, it was the service. Throughout our meal, the manager Snow was constantly checking on other tables, making conversation, and helping guests with their orders. I had a disappointing experience at QJD. The food itself was okay, but the service is SO BAD. I would never come here again because of the service. What stood out most was how the manager named snow, seemed attentive to every other table except ours. She regularly walked around checking on other guests, asking how their meals were, and offering recommendations, but our table was largely ignored throughout the visit, wondering if is because me and my friends looked younger to her so she did not seems to care about us at all. ... read more
Great food and service! Best Peking duck outside of China!
The service is perfect. The Peking duck is my kids’ favorite dish. The atmosphere is very clean, elegant, and comfortable. We always celebrate our mid autumn festival here.
Reviews for dessert here food is definitely not with the price we got the Father’s Day bill was over $1k the duck was nothing special for the price. Wouldn’t return here but I would say good place to bring if you wanna go for fancy. For Markham standards the food isn’t worth the price they charge.
