This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a dentist. The treatment decisions felt inconsistent and, at times, arbitrary—almost as if whether a procedure moved forward depended on how busy the office was rather than on sound medical judgment. I found this approach deeply unprofessional and concerning. The quality of the procedure itself was poor. Additionally, the dentist was rude, which only compounded an already negative experience.
I’ve had an exceptional experience with Dr. Qui and his office and have been going here for many years. On multiple occasions, I’ve called with urgent tooth pain, and they were able to accommodate me with same-day appointments. The team is professional, efficient, and genuinely cares about patient comfort and well-being. Highly recommend. Lin is superbly knowledgeable, skilled, experienced, and provides the most cost effective solutions. My wife and I have been highly satisfied for more than a decade. He has a traditional Chinese medical style so doesn't talk or explain much; is results focused. Hygenists are all excellent and very communicative in English. Reception/phone is bilingual but more comfortable speaking Mandarin. We feel very lucky to have him as our dentist.
