She is not good I was a patient for about 4 yrs and I had some medical issue that she just made a note and that was the end of it didn’t care one bit, seems like if it ain’t a simple thing she just ignores it and my new pc is awesome she is taking care of the issues that were ignored
Dr. Bian is a wonderful primary care doctor. She took time to go over concerns for test results and find solutions. Answered all my questions and put my mind at ease. Her staff takes care of my calls in a very timely manner. I feel lucky to be her patient and feel confident as a senior citizen that she is on top of all facets of aging and healthcare.
Doesn’t listen to your concerns. Talks down to you as if you don’t understand or know what she’s talking about. Doesn’t take concerns seriously or make appropriate referrals based on concerns. Would not recommend.
