Just had a colonoscopy and had Avery positive experience at the outpatient center. Given COVID, the procedure was perfect. Taken back on time, procedure on time and out 30 minutes after awakening. The anesthesiologist was very good, not in a hurry and kind. The nurses were OUTSTANDING, especially Dana with whom I spent the most time.Dr. GAO explained everything that was done and her findings. Terrible experience. Dr. Gao was hyper & hurried. No concern for the patient. Couldn’t breathe, was choking, & her response was it’ll be fine. Time to leave. Next patient. Ended up in the ER. She’s Horrible!!
If you want a doctor that doesn't care or give you enough time to explain things go see Dr. Gao. If you want to get a proper diagnosis go see another doctor. Their new outpatient center is clean and nice but it is a cattle call. Get you in and before you are even ready to walk from the anesthesia wears off you are out.
