I checked in online so paperwork was minimal. The wait was less than 10 minutes. Nurse and doctor were very personable and thorough.
This was my first visit to Dr. Zen. He was factual and explained where we were in the diagnosis. He obviously had read my chart and had done some research on my case. I was impressed.
Very professional and caring. Dr. Zen knows his "stuff". He is very knowledgeable regarding the specific condition I have and told me step by step exactly how we would treat it. I would not be here if it wasn't for Dr. Zen. My treatment so far has been successful. The entire staff is very compassionate and comforting. Thank you NYOH.
