What a terrible experience. I can see the bad ratings!! I've been to this office once in Dec of 2022 and since then I've been waiting for a medication for migraine to be approved by my insurance. The 1st prescribed medication was not approved by my insurance provider so I was waiting for an alternative.. I called for the 6th time to follow up and I was told that the doctor wrote down that I refused the medications offered to me. I never had the opportunity to even try an alternative.
