The owner is really kind and welcoming. Food tastes very authentic Shanghai style. Strongly recommend. Place is clean and decorated with style.
Very disappointing experience. The menu clearly says an order of dumplings comes with 10 pieces, but only 9 were served. I was still charged for all 10. It’s not about the missing dumpling itself—it’s about being charged for something I didn’t receive. I found this very disappointing and felt like I was being taken advantage of. Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back and cannot recommend this restaurant.
Great restaurant and service. The food was a bit bland for my taste.
My family has been eating at this restaurant for over 2 years, we love this restaurant. We joke with each other, that our taste buds have been spoiled by Qin Cuisine, and that we can no longer visit fast food style restaurants of this same type. This restaurant is a sit down restaurant with great service and wonderful food. This is a special treat for us, when ever we feel that we deserve a good meal.
