I am very impressed by how Jim teaches. He not only shows up full and present, but he incorporates comments/questions/needs so beautifully. Jim's pacing, and verbal guidance is spot on, and in your first class he provides a homemade booklet to have another way to learn/connect. His online class is easy to see, hear, prompt, and so nice to have a class with familiar people at home.
