Dr. Lidia’s treatments are Necessary for life. She is a fantastic human that always makes me feel welcome. Her 60min cupping and acupuncture sessions are fantastic! The trauma and stress that life put on our bodies evaporates after your session with her. In summary, She is great!

Lidia pulled me out of that dark pain hole that I had ER’d myself a couple of days prior for acute sciatica problems. Dr Lidia is amazing!! She takes such great care of my body, which is so important since I ask a lot of it. Not only is she incredibly skilled at what she does, but she truly listens to my needs and works with me to find the best solutions. Every session leaves me feeling balanced, refreshed and supported.
