Had an appointment and they took me right away when I arrived. Everyone was very helpful in getting me to the right department
They were polite and prompt. I wish I knew the female doctors name that treated me. She was, to the point.. But relaxed and professional. (Which also helped me relax) I could tell she had a lot on her plate today and really appreciate the care she gave me. For an ER experience, this was as smooth as it could've gone. Thank you for everything you guys do.
I find it interesting, you have a chest pain you get in right away for a possible heart attack, but you have a very good chance for arterial bleeding, due to surgery that day, and you wait. I would have come in by ambulance, but 911 informed me of a 60min waiting period. Using lack of medical staff is no longer an excuse. Military has used the term 'do more with less'. Thinking civilians can use the same concept.
