Really disappointing experience. The service was very unprofessional, and I won’t be returning. Hospitality should be about making customers feel comfortable, not stressed. If you can’t manage the workload or maintain basic respect, you should insist not taking more people just tomake yourself stressed out.FYI I paid for my nails not begging you for free so I don’t deserve to be treated that way.

Had my nails done by Melissa and she was really good — precise, friendly, and clearly knows her stuff. She took her time, paid attention to every detail, and made sure everything was perfect. Best my nails have looked in ages and they’ve held up so well. Such a great experience overall, I’ll definitely be back 💅✨
