One staff treat me like shit, worst experience ever! I got covid and used a lot of energy to pick up the medication, one staff member told me, and I quote, “next time you should ask someone else to pick it up for you”, not really concerned about my self, but hinting that I shouldn’t be there to out them at risk, and I was wearing a medical mask. I didn’t have the strength or breath to push back at that time, but I do believe that staff could behave more like a human being in the future.
I have not had a good experience at this pharmacy : I understand they are overworked but when you are in health care you need to have some EMPATHY otherwise you should do something else
nice one, never out of stock for my meds.
When my kid was sick and I arrived 5 minutes before close the pharmacist stayed late to get the meds ready. They are great and actually care for their patients
Personal information is not handled seriously in this place. I received an unsolicited call from QFC Pharmacy, which I initially missed. When I called back to find out the reason, I was immediately asked to provide my date of birth by a lady without any clear explanation of the purpose of the call. This raised concerns about privacy and data security. I was later informed that the call was simply a promotional outreach asking me to use their pharmacy for prescriptions. Why date of birth directly asked for a marketing call?
