As a regular customer living in Lower Queen Anne, I am deeply disappointed and angry with how I was treated at this store. I am deaf and rely on visual feedback when using self checkout. I missed a few item scans because I could not hear the audio beep and the scale did not alert me. A security guard in his 30s stopped me at the door, banned me from the store, and told me I was trespassed. In my opinion this is one of the best pharmacies in the city. My wife uses it for all her medications and they have always been helpful and considerate of cost.
Convention location when staying downtown and free parking garage a plus!
Always quick with prescriptions
The general Pharmacy Manager here is a horrid person who thinks he has a moral superiority over others. He attempted to hold back my medications so he could lecture me, because I accidentally said a naughty word when I was panicking on the phone. His attitude on the phone previously gave me a full on panic attack. The last time I recall, Medical Professionals are supposed to DO NO HARM. This man harmed me.
