This one star review is specifically for Amber. Amber who initially told me I only had one prescription on file. When I questioned that—because I know I have more—she suddenly “found” the others. This isn’t just laziness; it’s dangerous. There are elderly patients and people with serious health conditions who rely on pharmacy staff to be competent, thorough, and attentive. Terrible parking, prescription never ready when I get there and I’m asked to wait. They are pretty rude whenever I ask about alternatives for delivery.
