Although it is well stocked for a smaller QFC, the customer service is either mediocre or abysmal. The management must be awful, as I never see the same staff whenever I go in. Always new faces, many of whom are grumpy and resentful towards customer, as if we're an annoyance who should just go away. Don't bother asking any of them for help. They'll just roll their eyes as if you're a huge burden to them.
Do not buy any prepaid wireless or TracFone here. If it is defective they will not take it back under any circumstances and you will just be out the money.
