My daughter and I still laugh about our visit and lesson learned. I don't recommend women or children shop here. We got a big sales pitch with fear tactics and an estimate for $159. Our request for something simple was denied. He didn't listen to what we said. He bragged about his expertise and insisted that a virus had corrupted my kid's laptop. I visited QES with an issue with my computer keyboard, and Lawrence was super friendly and professional. I left my laptop there for a couple of hours while he worked on it and he reviewed my issues and researched some options on repairing it. I will be back when I can spare my laptop for a couple hours. He has a ton of capabilities there also, from screens, to cases, and keyboard fixes, he's def my go-to for computer repair!
