Absolutely horrible service. Monitoring is a joke. Had a notification of a doorbell ring at 5 19 pm tonight. No video on app at all. Called customer service and totally worthless 100% . They don't even have recollection of the history we have. Stay away. Support is terrible.
I have been with QEI for 4 years now and continue to be very pleased with the technology they provide and their quick and professional service. Terrible customer service, been waiting over 2 weeks for the technician to come and do a simple doorbell install. Called the representative and they told me we are not a priority since we are not getting a security cameras with them… Makes you think twice. Nobody is ever in the office, always a voicemail. Horrible company, DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
Outstanding service and an absolute professional technician. Sean Wolfle was just incredible during the installation. Strongly recommend this security team!
