Was expecting a super expensive 🫰🏼 store, and then TOTAL OPPOSITE! Affordable price, and so positive for staffing services. I like their merchandise (albeit very pricey) most things are quality. However, the online order interface consistently leaves me annoyed and frustrated. I can add things to my cart, but at the checkout it says they are not available at the nearest warehouse. If you have the item somewhere in the country can't you do what every other company does and ship it to the requested location? Amazon is much easier to use but I'd rather support a Canadian company. Get with the program QE Home.
Absolutely love my new bedding. Started with the duvet cover and had to go back for the sheets and a throw. The tencel is so soft and great for hot sleepers. It was nice using the rehome program to get a discount. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable as always. Definitely recommend !
Customer service is amazing. Always personable and helpful. Simone , Sherri and are always upselling me where we laugh and then I buy more. Haha. Tell them Pogi Steve recommended you !
