If you buy ahead of time, and I mean the day before, you can get their items for up to 50% less. If you're in the store you can't just buy it online and then pick it up. The person at the till can't override either, maybe the supervisor can, but they weren't there so I can't say for sure. Still a dumb hoop to have to jump through. I love this store! I’ve been shopping here for years. On Saturday, my young son wanted to re-conceptualise his lower bunk bedding with an ocean theme. The lovely staff suggested a gorgeous bluey green oceany duvet with sand coloured shams and fitted sheet. The bonus was Barry the Bear - a weighty bed animal who adds cuddly whimsy. Big thank you to the sales associates for their creativity and enthusiasm. Great customer service and quality! Highly recommend.

Love the deals section in this store. I feel like they always have enough sales to be able to find what you're looking for on sale. I got myself a "sample " what feels to be silk pillowcase for five dollars just now. I feel like this store always provides exceptional customer service in regards to how well their staff are trained in knowledge of the products/care etc. These hardworking staff deserve an office or something to provide customer service via phone while customers can shop in the store
Great service, seems pricey but for the quality and colors it's actually quite competitive.
