Very bad customer service. The manager of the store does not anything about how to deal with customer. I have purchased pillows worth $350 and their associate misguided me nd told me if it doesn't work for you then you can bring it back without using it. I went back next day same lady told me we cannot exchange it. I told her while purchasing 100 times that I have neck issues nd I cannot take any pillow. Love this store! Some stuff is expensive but you get what you pay for :) generally you can find great sale stuff too though. The staff at this location are unmatched! I live in Vancouver and our local stores service is often not amazing. Will absolutely always stop at this store when we are in Kamloops. The manager Shay is great, you can tell she really cares about the store and her staff.
This store has amazing quality products that last. The staff here are always helpful and Shai is so knowledgeable! Thank you for your help
